Moving Balcony
Three pallets moved through each doorway, stage left and stage right were grip operated, the center pallet used a winch. The center pallet could lock in to the base of the balcony unit and drive it to center stage during the pivotal moment of the musical as Eva sang "Don't Cry for Me Argentina".

Louvers and Flutes

The design called for a wide variety of flutes and louvers, all of which were built in house using an equally wide variety of router jigs. A series of stations were set up in the shop for each jig type so a carpenter could pick up where they left off. Notes for assembly had to be meticulous to keep all of the Casa Rosada's details in order!
